Another PC570 casting machine has finished being built and is on its way to one of our valued customers to be installed in their Asian Group of Factories. With over 200 PCL Casting systems now in operation worldwide this will be the fourth PCL casting system they have recently installed in this area with several more, currently in build, to follow shortly.
This type of PCL casting machine has been in operation worldwide for nearly 30 years continuously casting tanks, covers, basins, pedestals, urinals, and other two-part moulds.
Imagine having a PC570 casting system at your factory with a fully automatic casting cycle of about 20 to 25 minutes enabling you to produce over 1,000 tanks, 1,000 lavatory basins, or 2,600 tank covers per 24 hour day with just a single operator.
Furthermore, with the addition of IMSC (individual mould statin control – developed by PCL), the PC570 can cast a full range of products, hollow and solid cast, at the same time.
With Industry 4.0 in mind, our machines are now future-proofed and can be upgraded to include a number of features including remote access, casting data analysis and support and fully automated demoulding.
