Creating your own PCL Service gives you the power to choose your own bespoke product by selecting the services you require and not having to pay for what you don't need.

Using PCL Service Bronze as a baseline, you will receive access to remote support, our online portal which includes a range of training modules, valuable resources, and machine information. You will also benefit from an annual machine and mould health check to ensure that your machine remains fully optimised.

An upgrade to the machine Health check which includes filter changes, oil checks, and lubrication inspection.
Included stock of spares
Full collection of recommended spares for your machine with you at your plant. Plus 10% discount on any further spare part orders.
Machine monitoring dashboards
Experience industry 4.0 like never before with our innovative machine dashboards. See your machine performance in real-time from anywhere in the world.
On-Site Support
We will visit you on-site to provide support and training if needed.

20 mould repair kits
A simple two-part kit that can be easily mixed and applied to a damaged area to provide a firm and reliable fix to your moulds, even on the casting area.
On-site machine & mould service
Our most comprehensive machine service available, which includes sampling and analysis, and diagnostics.
Slip analysis
Providing an annual baseline check which includes analysis of density, viscosity, thixtophy, and casting rate.
Many more sizes and shapes can be cast compared to standard ceramic forming methods, and often in a shorter production time.
Our R&D service on slip materials will ensure you are suitably equipped to maximise the benefit of your investment.
