PCB45/70
PCL have recently designed, manufactured and installed an eight mould (four piece) pressure casting machine for the manufacture of open rim bowls capable of operating at 15 bar.
This unit has typical cycle time of 15 minutes and is capable of producing over 250 pieces in a single eight hour shift. PCL worked closely with the client to develop the casting and ware handling systems which are based on the standard PCB30/70 machine and capable of accepting four piece bowl moulds manufactured on back plates.
