High Pressure Casting Systems Optional Improvements
PCL offers the following range of optional upgrades to our casting systems:
• Individual Mould Station Control – Allowing customers to optimise the casting cycle of individual moulds
• Mechanical Demoulding Systems – To assist with the manual demoulding of ware
• Automatic Mould Movement and Opening Systems –
To allow fully automatic manufacture and demoulding
of ware
• Robotic Demoulding – For the fully automatic manufacture and demoulding of ware
The machines are designed for maximum flexibility. A single machine can readily be configured to make a range of different products and with multiple styles. Specific and individual requirements are best reviewed on a customer by customer basis.
