Equipment Design at PCL Ceramics
PCL continue to develop and produce a range of innovative sanitaryware pressure casting systems. Machine configurations can be tailored to produce the optimum combination of flexibility, productivity, automation and price required by the customer. Options ranging from simple manually demoulded systems to fully automated robotic systems with minimal labour requirements can be provided.
PCL’s experienced engineers have converted pressure casting machines produced by other manufactures to be suitable for use with PCL mould technology.
The combination of mould technology and machine design expertise ensures that manufactures can derive maximum benefits from PCL’s integrated casting systems.
All machines are built in the UK and are assembled on site in accordance with ISO 9002 certified, BSI registered.
